  • What are your business hours?

    Our on-site event services are available 24/7.


    Our phone lines are open for inquiries Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.



  • Is there a setup fee for on-site event childcare?

    Setup is complimentary.

  • Is there a minimum length of time per event booking?

    The minimum booking is 2 hours.


  • What is your payment policy?

    Our payment policy is dependent on the type of organization. 



  • Is there a separate fee for arts & crafts?

    Arts & crafts and all activities are included in the service fee.

  • How much notice do you need to provide your service?

    Ideally, we need atleast 2 weeks notice. However, we have pulled off requests made in 2 days prior to an event. 

  • Is the service insured?

    Yes our service is insured.
